Payment

Clear, predictable billing

All prices shown include VAT and reflect the January 2026 pricing structure.

Your first month's rental plus a R100 access deposit for your key and remote. The deposit is refunded when the key and remote are returned.

Your move-in date becomes your billing day. From then on your rental is charged automatically on that day every month.

Payment is due on your billing day. If an amount remains unpaid after 15 days, access to the unit is suspended until it is settled.
